Paul
Founder, Managing Director and Lead Executive Coach
Paul Pitsaras LL.B B.Int.Bus. is our lead facilitator and executive coach to CEO's around the world.​ Before founding The Open Mind Institute in 2016, Paul was a litigation lawyer for 10 years working in various law firms and departmental organisations in London, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Paul has a double bachelor degree in Law & International Business, certificates in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Training & Assessment and studied Behavioural Science prior to going into the law.
Recently voted one the top executive coaches in Brisbane by Influence Digest, Paul's articles on mindfulness have been published in Proctor and Wellness Daily and he frequently appears on panels, podcasts and other media platforms on how to cultivate a growth mindset and achieve optimal cognitive performance. Paul has also become a sought after speaker in Australia and abroad.
Shehana
Executive & Wellbeing Coach
Shehana Sicinski is a highly experienced and dedicated Executive and Wellbeing Coach with a focus on supporting professionals to identify their purpose and unique value proposition. Shehana’s coaching approach encompasses communicating with influence, building connection and engagement, and optimising performance through creating a culture of shared values, clarity, accountability and trust.
With a PCC ICF Accreditation, Bachelor of Business and Diploma of Leadership Coaching, Shehana specialise in supporting leaders to personally thrive whilst achieving their career aspirations. She utilises a strengths-based approach leveraging principles of human behaviour to share effective strategies that enhance leadership capabilities such as strategic and creative problem solving, time management and navigating critical conversations.
Shehana has coached over 1000 leaders at all levels and has extensive experience in designing and facilitating transformative workshops that inspire and elevate leaders to navigate career transitions, develop leadership presence and overcome barriers.​

Jordan
Organisational Psychologist, Executive Coach & Leadership
Workshop Facilitator
Dr Jordan Reutas is an endorsed Organisational Psychologist with over 11 years’ experience designing, implementing, and evaluating targeted solutions to change behaviour, develop capability, and support wellbeing. He has consulted with public, private, and not-for-profit clients across every major Australian city, as well as internationally.
Jordan holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science (BPsySc), a Masters of Organisational Psychology (MPsychOrg), and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from The University of Queensland. He earned an area of practice endorsement in Organisational Psychology from the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA) and is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS), as well as a Fellow of the College of Organisational Psychologists (FCOP).

Jordan balances in-depth technical expertise with broad, strategic thinking to drive outcomes for individuals, teams, and organisations. He combines user input, scientific evidence, practical experience, and innovative methods to address a wide range of specific needs for people at work.
Lynn
Mindset & Performance Coach
Lynn Priestly is a certified Executive Master Coach having received her accreditation with the International Coaching Federation, specialising in neuro-linguistic programming within a coaching context.
Lynn has experience working across a wide range of high pressure, time critical environments including project management, ambulatory care, emergency nurse, projects officer, paediatric emergency care and end of life care.

This extensive experience enables Lynn to provide coaching to a wide range of demographics and industries. Her experience in advanced physical and clinical assessment & managerial skills ensures that she can deliver the highest level of program delivery and client care.
Mark
Mindset & Performance Coach & Workshop Facilitator
Mark Varitimos is an experienced mindset & performance coach who takes an integrative and holistic approach to address mental, physical and emotional aspects in order to obtain the best long term results for his clients and establish successful long term habits.
Prior to entering the health and wellness industry over eight years ago, Mark worked in Banking and Finance for ten years, namely in treasury and investment teams for large corporations. He has a Bachelor of Commerce & Economics and has received his accreditations in Integrated Movement Science and Holistic Lifestyle Coaching from the CHEK Institute.​

Mark understands the challenges in performing well in professional services while maintaining a high quality of health. He has worked with an array of clients across all walks of life achieving remarkable improvement in energy, mental health and optimal cognitive performance.

Michelle
Research & Development Lead
Michelle Xin Yi Ng is our Research & Development Lead, directly responsible for overseeing and curating TOMI's research and executive leadership programs. Her role ensures that TOMI's products and services meet cutting edge industry standards, by driving innovation and designing content that is backed by evidence-based research.

Michelle finished her Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours from the University of Queensland, and has also achieved a MBCnB in Medicine & Surgery from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom. Michelle is a highly committed UQ School of Psychology alumna with a lifelong aspiration to learn and add value in the area of organisational psychology.

Ashwin Segkar is an experienced and qualified communications professional and trainer. He has over 7 years working at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation national broadcaster and 10 years as a working comedian and MC. During this time, he has trained corporate clients in communication in Australia and abroad.

​Ashwin completed a B.Com (Hons) in Marketing in 2001 (Auckland University) and a Graduate Diploma in Journalism in 2003 (Queensland University of Technology). He has subsequently completed ongoing communications training while working at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
Ashwin has taught students, teaching staff and executives at K.C Law College in Mumbai, H.R executives at BHP in Australia, journalists at the ABC, PhD candidates in the social sciences at QUT, podcasters and small business owners throughout Brisbane and more. He has also trained in workplace coaching, having completed the ABC’s ‘Train The Trainer’ program.
